Vitamin K2 boosts back pain recoveryConcurrent Treatment with Vitamin K2 and D3 on Spine Fusion in Patients with Osteoporosis-Associated Lumbar Degenerative Disorders.
Moderate relevance to treatment
We explored how treating patients with osteoporosis with vitamin K2 and D3 could influence back pain and spine fusion rates following surgery. In this study, we included patients who underwent spinal surgery for lumbar degenerative disorders. Some received a combination of vitamin K2, D3, and calcium, while others were treated with only calcium and vitamin D3.
The results showed that those who took vitamin K2 along with their other treatments had improved fusion rates and experienced less back pain. Furthermore, clinical symptoms improved, and there was a marked promotion of bone health within six months after surgery. Notably, the administration of vitamin K2 also helped maintain bone mineral density.
Overall, this research suggests that incorporating vitamin K2 alongside traditional treatments could be beneficial for individuals dealing with back pain related to osteoporosis. It opens the door for more studies on how we might better treat and manage spinal conditions in these patients.

I use this product out of concern for calcium moving from my bones into my blood, which my doctor didn't address. After consulting a vitamin specialist, I started MK-7 and within two days, I had no more bone pain! It has made a tremendous difference in how I feel. I will continue taking this supplement as it has given me my life back.

Using Vitamin D alone didn't raise my levels, but adding MK-7 significantly improved my back pain and symptoms within 2 weeks. The tiny capsules are easy to swallow, and they work well with my Vit D.
After struggling with low Vitamin D and back pain, I discovered that MK-7 helps direct vitamin D for calcium absorption. Within 2 to 3 weeks, my symptoms disappeared. I now recommend it to my father.
I take this supplement for better calcium absorption, and my joint pains have ceased.
I started K2 while taking vitamin D3, not expecting any benefit. After two months, I was pleasantly surprised; my sensitive teeth issues disappeared along with soreness from dental surgeries. If you have dental issues, I highly recommend this! After running out for a time, I experienced pain again, but as soon as I resumed taking it, the pain vanished. This supplement has been lifesaving!
